Q1: Can I pay cash upon delivery?
MPW: Sorry we do not accept cash but we do accept PayPal & Credit Cards as our payment options.
Q2: Do you have gift wrapping service?
MPW: We are able to provide gift wrapping service for special occasions e.g Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc. We will do our best to ensure that the wrapping is suitable for the occasion and do let us know if you wish to include a card with your message. We are happy to help as much as we can. This special service will be available for all our VVIPs free of charge. For non-VVIPs, we will be glad to help if your purchase is more than S$100. If not a small fee apply. Do check with us separately.
Q3: Am I able to pick up my purchases personally instead of mailing or delivery?
MPW: We do apologise in advance that we do not allow self collection.
Q4: Do you provide discount coupons for review of clothes?
MPW: Yes, we do. We appreciate your time and effort to help us review our clothes and please provide us with your feedback so that we can improve further to meet your needs. You may choose either of the following:
-Give a review in MPW's Facebook Page
-Post a photo of yourself and/or your princess/ prince wearing MPW clothings and write a review in your Instagram account
-Post a photo of yourself and/ or your princess/ prince wearing MPW clothings and write a review in your Facebook account
Screenshot or Take a Photo of the review and drop us a message and we will provide you with a discount code of S$5 after verification. You may use the S$5 discount code for your next purchase and it will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Do remember to enter the code before check-out.
Q5: The items I wish to purchase is out of stock. How do I know if you are doing a restock or backorder for my "wishlist" items?
MPW: Kindly click "Email Me When Available" button and you should receive an automatic email notice when it is being restocked. However, most of our collections do not have restock. For backorders, you may follow us at our Instagram or Facebook accounts where we will provide updates from time to time.

Q7: What can I expect from subscribing to MPW's newsletter?
MPW: We offer a 1 time discount coupon of S$8 for all first time subscribers. Once you subscribed to our newsletter (by providing your valid email address), we will send you the discount code via email. On top of that, you will be notified of all new collections, special promotions, collaborations or when we are holding any sale for MPW via emails.
Q8: I noted that MPW's mode of delivery is using SmartPac. Can I select other delivery methods e.g. normal mail?
MPW: We prefer to be consistent and use the same delivery mode for all our orders for ease of tracking and convenience. Should we decide to change the delivery mode, we will inform our customers accordingly. Also, we strongly advise to use registered mails rather than normal mail to avoid any lost packages. Delayed packages are still trackable if we used registered mail. For normal mails, you will not be able to check the delivery status.
